Street Committee Meeting
November 14, 2012
A meeting of the Fayetteville Street Committee will be held on November 14, 2012 at
5:00 pm in Room 326 of the City Administration Building located at 113 West Mountain
Street, Fayetteville Arkansas.
AGENDA:
1. Call meeting to order by Chairman Bobby Ferrell.
2. HWY 71B FLYOVER BRIDGE PROJECT-Review of contracts related to
construction of the Highway 71B Flyover Bridge:
1. Contract with Emery Sapp and Sons, Inc. for construction of the bridge
and roadway improvements
2. Contract Amendment with Jacobs Engineering, Inc. for construction
management services
3. Contract with Sourcegas, Inc. for relocation of a gas main to remove a
conflict with the flyover bridge.
(Staff requests a recommendation from the Committee for these items).
3. General Update of the Transportation Bond Program.
4. Adjourn
