AGENDA:
1. Approval of May 6, 2013 PRAB Meeting Minutes
PRAB Motion:
2. Eagle Scout Project: Austin Bittinger
In coordination with Park staff, a proposal to improve and realign a section of nature trail
at Lake Fayetteville.
Staff Recommendation: To approve the Eagle Scout project at Lake Fayetteville.
PRAB Motion:
3. BGSO Proposed Master Plan Update:
Answers to the questions from BGSO are in the PRAB Attachments as BGSO Question
Request 4-26-13.
Walt Eilers, President of BGSO Board of Directors, informed us that they will have
individual meetings with the different stakeholders listed as follows: Fayetteville Natural
Heritage, Bob Caulk; Ozark Off Road Cyclists, Steve Schnieder; Environmental Study
Center, Lawanna Banning; Fayetteville Watershed Partnership, John Pennington;
Northwest Arkansas Audubon Society, Joe Neal; and Washington County Master
Gardeners, Gloria McIntosh.
BGSO is anticipating the Proposed Master Plan to be on the August 5th PRAB Meeting
Agenda.
4. Tour of Regional Park: We will have a City van ready to take you on a tour of the
Regional Park. Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes. There may be some ticks out
too so come prepared. We will view the park as well as walk in certain areas.

May 30 The Wheeler Brothers will play the first concert at Gulley Park at 7:00 PM
(1850 E. Township Street).
June 3 at 6:30 pm Segment on Lake Sequoyah Trail air on AETN
Jun 6 Fayetteville First Thursday event on the Downtown Square
Jun 7 Wilson Park pool opening and Dive -In Movie (675 Park Avenue). The pool
opens at 4:00 PM. The movie, Madagascar 3, starts at dark. Admission is
free for opening day.
Jun 7 — 9 The Eighth Annual Pitch for the Cure Softball Tournament will be held at
Gary Hampton Softball Complex (2790 N. Salem Road) and Lake
Fayetteville Park (1330 E. Lake Fayetteville Road).
Jun 10 Summer Fun4Kids program begins at Yvonne Richardson Community
Center (240 E. Rock Street).

more information.
Jun 13 Sarah Hughes Band will play at Gulley Park at 7:00 PM (1850 E. Township
Street).
Jun 14 —16 The Thirteenth Annual FayRo Charity Softball Classic Girls Softball
Tournament will be held at Gary Hampton Softball Complex (2790 N.
Salem Road).
June 27 Rosco Bandana will play at Gulley Park at 7 PM.
