1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 12:15 p.m. by Leslie Smith.
MINUTES
2. Establishment of Quorum: The newest committee member, David Mosley, was
welcomed to the committee.
3. Approval of Agenda: The agenda for the meeting was approved by all committee
members present.
4. Approval of Minutes: The minutes of the June 10, 2014 audit committee meeting were
approved by all committee members present. Approved minutes are posted on the
City's website on the audit committee page.
5. Reports Presented: Leslie Smith presented the Annual Petty Cash Review for 2014
which was approved by all committee members present.
6. Approval of 2015 Audit Plan: Leslie Smith presented the 2015 Proposed Audit Plan
which was approved by all committee members present, following discussion with
committee members.
7. Adjournment Time: The meeting was adjourned at 12:58 p.m.
