HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular Session at
6:00 p.m., February 26, 2015, in the City Administration Building, Room# 111,
Fayetteville, AR.
Chris Terry, Vice Chairperson, called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m.
Commissioners Present: Chris Terry, Chris White, Carma Unruh, and
Matthew Cabe
Commissioners Absent: Mike Emery
Others Present: Deniece Smiley (Fayetteville Housing Authority)
New Business
A. Approval of Minutes of Previous Regular Meeting -No corrections or changes to
the January 22, 2015 regular Meeting Minutes and the board approved
unanimously.
B. Approval of January 2015 Financial Statements -No corrections or changes to the
Financial Statements and the board approved unanimously.
C. Approval of Resolution No. 1011- Resolution Approving Access to Fayetteville
Housing Authority Bank Accounts and Authorization for Check Signing —
Matthew Cabe made the motion to Approve Resolution No. 1011, seconded it by
Chris White. The vote to approve was unanimous.
D. Executive Directors Report — Ms. Smiley waived verbal reading of her report but
answered various questions from the Board.
There being no further business, meeting was adjourned until the next scheduled Regular
Meeting on March 26, 2015 at 6:00 p.m.
