Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes
June 2, 2014
A special meeting of the Fayetteville Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund Board of Trustees was
held at 3:00 p.m. on June 2, 2014 in Room 326 of the City Administration Building.
Mayor Jordan called the meeting to order.
Present: Roy Cate, Pete Reagan, Mayor Jordan, Sondra Smith, Lisa Branson, and Trish
Leach.
Absent: Dennis Mullens and Ron Wood
New Business:
Election — Ballots Opened
The City Clerk and the Deputy City Clerk opened each ballot. The ballots and envelopes were
shuffled according to the ballot procedure that was approved by the Board.
The ballots were read and counted.
Lisa Branson opened each envelope. Pete Reagan received 18 votes, Roy Cate received 20 votes,
Ralph Tate received 6 votes and John Jenkins received zero votes. There were no write-ins.
Meeting adjourned at 3:16 p.m.
