MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE
A regular meeting of the Fayetteville Subdivision Committee was held on August 15, 2013 at 9:00
a.m. in Room 326 of the City Administration Building, 113 W. Mountain, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

CCP 13-4453: Concurrent Plat (CORNER OF MISSION BLVD. AND WINWOOD DR., 370):
Submitted by PENNY LANE CONSTRUCTION for property located 1857 WINWOOD DR. The property is
zoned RSF-4, RESIDENTIAL SINGLE-FAMILY and contains approximately 1.02 acres. The request is to
split the lot into two parcels.
Jesse Fulcher, Current Planner, gave the staff report.
Ken Eastin, Urban Forester, stated there are no trees on-site outside of easements or right-of-way.
Phil Crabtree, applicant, stated they are creating 2 more lots.
Ryan Noble asked how parks fees work.
Jesse Fulcher stated that parks fees are based on the number of lots.
Motion:
Commissioner Noble made a motion to forward CCP13-4453 with all conditions as
recommended by staff. Commissioner Noble seconded the motion. Upon roll call the
motion passed by a vote of 1-0-0.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 10:00 AM.
