A special meeting of the Fayetteville Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund Board of Trustees was
held at 3:00 p.m. on May 30, 2012 in Room 326 of the City Administration Building.
Mayor Jordan called the meeting to order.
Present: Marion Doss, Dennis Mullens, Pete Reagan, Ronnie Wood, Mayor Jordan,
Sondra Smith, Lisa Branson, Audience and Press.
New Business:
Election — Ballots Opened
The City Clerk and the Deputy City Clerk opened each ballot. The ballots and envelopes were
shuffled according to the ballot procedure that was approved by the Board.
The ballots were read and counted.
Sondra Smith: What did everyone come up with?
Marion Doss: Roy Cate 12, Doss 10, King 5, Poage 5, Reagan 21, and Tate 3.
Sondra Smith: That is what I came up with. Did anyone else tally besides Marion and me?
Pete Reagan: I have Cate 12, Doss 10, King 5, Poage 5, Reagan 21, and Tate 3.
Sondra Smith: Looks like it is Roy Cate and Pete Reagan are elected.
Mayor Jordan: Do we ratify the vote?
Pete Reagan: I don't think we have to.
Mayor Jordan: I can't remember, so everything is good.
Marion Doss: Everything is good.
