MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE
A regular meeting of the Fayetteville Subdivision Committee was held on February 16, 2012 at 9:00
a.m. in Room 326 of the City Administration Building, 113 W. Mountain, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

LSD 12-4032: Large Scale Development (1001 W. STONE ST./FAYETTEVILLE HIGH
SCHOOL ATHLETIC FACILITY, 522): Submitted by CRAFTON TULL & ASSOCIATES,
INC. for property located at 1001 WEST STONE STREET. The property is zoned P-1,
INSTITUTIONAL and RMF -24, RESIDENTIAL MULTI -FAMILY 24 UNITS PER ACRE and
contains approximately 22.57 acres. The request is for renovation to the Fayetteville High School
athletic facilities.
Andrew Garner, Senior Planner, gave the staff report.
Megan Dale, Urban Forester, discussed the tree preservation requirements.
Jonathan Ely, applicant, discussed the project
No public comment was presented.
Motion:
Commissioner Cabe made a motion to forward the request to the full commission with a
recommendation for approval, agreeing with staff on condition of approval No. 1 that no street
improvements be required.
Commissioner Earnest seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed by a vote of 3-0-
0.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:00 AM.
