MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE
A regular meeting of the Fayetteville Subdivision Committee was held on February 4, 2011 at 9:00
a.m. in Room 326 of the City Administration Building, 113 W. Mountain, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

LSD 10-3743: Large Scale Development (LOT 10 FOREST HILLS, 440): Submitted by
MORRISON-SHIPLEY ENGINEERS, INC for property located at the SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
NORTH WEDINGTON DRIVE AND SALEM STREET. The property is zoned C-PZD 07-2793
and contains approximately 2.11 acres. The request is for a multi -tenant retail building containing
approximately 15,771 square feet and associated parking.
Dara Sanders, Current Planner, gave the staff report.
No public comment was presented.
Motion:
Commissioner Bunch made a motion to forward the request to the full Planning Commission with
no recommendation. Commissioner Earnest seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion
passed by a vote of 2-0-0.

LSD 11-3750: Large Scale Development (FARMERS CO-OP/FROST OIL, 523 & 526):
Submitted by SCOTT PRICE for property located at 417 WEST MARTIN LUTHER KING
BOULEVARD. The property is zoned MSC, MAIN STREET/CENTER and contains approximately
0.77 acre. The request is to install two above ground fuel tanks.
Andrew Garner, Senior Planner, gave the staff report.
Scott Price, Applicant, discussed the project and asked questions about some of the conditions of
approval.
Greg Howe, Urban Forester, mentioned some tree removal that had taken place on this site that was
not a part of this development
No public comment was presented.
Commissioner Earnest asked about the trail that was shown on the site plan.
Garner explained that the City is working with the Farmer's Co-op regarding the location of the
trail, but that is not a part of this large scale development request.
Motion:
Commissioner Bunch made a motion to approve the request with the conditions as recommended
by staff. Commissioner Earnest seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed by a vote
of 2-0-0.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:30 AM.
