Mountain St. Fayetteville,AR 72701 Final Telephone: 501-575-8264 AGENDA FOR A REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION A meeting of the Fayetteville Planning Commission will be held October 25, 1999 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Administration Building, 113 West Mountain Street, Room 219, Fayetteville,Arkansas. The following items will be considered: Consent Agenda: 1. Approval of minutes from the October 11, 1999 meeting. 2. AD 99-25.00: Administrative (Master Street Plan Amendment, pp 168) was submitted by Dave Jorgensen of Jorgensen and Associates. The request is to remove the proposed minor arterial street from the Master Street Plan. The proposed street is located north of Howard Nickle Road and west of Highway 112. 3. VA 99-14.00: Vacation (Candlewood Development, LLC,pp 294) was submitted by Dave Jorgensen of Jorgensen and Associates on behalf of David Chapman of Candlewood Development, LLC for property located on lots 40 to 44 in Candlewood Development. The request is to vacate the 25' sewer easement. New Business: 4. VA 99-13.00: Vacation (Peoples, pp 679) was submitted by Mike Roetzel on behalf of Buddy Peoples for property located at 28th Court. The request is to vacate the undeveloped street right of way for 28th Court located west of Club Oak Drive within Edge Hill Subdivision. 5. RZ 99-31.00: Rezoning (Barnes,pp 250)was submitted by Dave Jorgensen of Jorgensen and Associates on behalf of Bleaux Barnes for property located south of Appleby Road and east of Appleby Apartments. The property is zoned A-1, Agricultural and contains approximately 8.37 acres. The request is to rezone the property to R-1, Low Density Residential. 6. AD 99-22.00: Revocation(Revocation of CU 99-3,pp 213)was submitted by the Planning Division for property located at 3290 North Lee Avenue (Suzie Stevens of Nibbles Catering). The property is zoned R-O, Residential Office, and contains approximately 0.39 acres. The request is to rehear the original conditional use which was approved by Planning Commission on February 8, 1999. 7. AD 99-26.00: Administrative (H.M.T. pp 484)was submitted by Greg House on behalf of H.M.T. Development Company, L.L.C. for property located north of Dickson Street and west of Rollston Street. The property is zoned C-3, Central Commercial, and contains approximately 1.13 acres. The request is to add a 5th story to the building by adding 1,264 square feet and to modify the building elevation. 8. AD 99-24.00: Revocation(Millennium 2000, Revocation of CU 96-27,pp 528)was submitted by the Planning Division for property located at 2892 Huntsville Road(Tony Catroppa of Millennium 2000). The property is zoned C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial, and contains 1.45 acres. The request is to rehear the original conditional use which was approved by Planning Commission on November 25, 1996. 9. AD 99-23.00: Administrative (Millennium 2000, shared parking)was submitted by Tony Catroppa for property located at 2892 Huntsville Road. The property is zoned C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial, and contains 1.45 acres. The request is for approval of a shared parking agreement for 50 spaces located at 2229 Huntsville Road. All interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearings. A copy of the proposed amendments and other pertinent data are open and available for inspection in the Office of City Planning (575-8264), City Administration Building, 113 West Mountain Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
