Schaffer called the Board of Trustees to order at 3:33 pm. 11. Executive Session A. At 3:35 pm, D. Ferritor made a motion to enter into executive session for the purpose of interviewing Clyde Scoles for the position of Executive Director of Fayetteville Public Library. M. Hunt seconded. All voted aye. B. At 4:55 pm, M. Hunt made a motion to come out of executive session. D. Ferritor seconded. All voted aye. 111. No action was taken requiring a vote. IV. Adjournment. D. Ferritor made a motion to adjourn. M. Hunt seconded. All voted aye. The meeting adjourned at 5 pm.
