Mountain, Fayetteville, Arkansas. Subdivision Committee September 16, 2010 Page 2 of 3 LSD 09-3495: Large Scale Development (KUM & GO /2396 N. COLLEGE, 329): Submitted by CEI ENGINEERING ASSOCIATES, INC. for property located at SE CORNER TOWNSHIP AND N. COLLEGE, 2396 N. COLLEGE AVENUE. The property is zoned C-2, THOROUGHFARE COMMERCIAL and contains approximately 1.22 acres. The request is for approval of a gasoline station and store with the associated infrastructure. Motion: Commissioner Lack made a motion to forward the request finding in favor of condition of approval #1; finding that sidewalk along Salem Road should be constructed with this preliminary plat in condition #2, and finding in favor of all other conditions. Commissioner Hoskins seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed by a vote of 3-0-0. Subdivision Committee September 16, 2010 Page 3 of 3 LSD 10-3668: Large Scale Development (WRMC HOSPICE FACILITY, 212): Submitted by WADE PHILLIPS, USI ENGINEERS, for property located at E. LONGVIEW STREET, LOT 5 OF BROOKSTONE SUBDIVISION. The property is zoned P-1, INSTITUTIONAL and contains approximately 4.37 acres. The request is for a 13,882 s.f. Hospice Facility for WRMC, with associated infrastructure and parking. Motion: Commissioner Lack made a motion to forward the request finding in favor of condition of approval #1; finding that sidewalk along Salem Road should be constructed with this preliminary plat in condition #2, and finding in favor of all other conditions. Commissioner Hoskins seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed by a vote of 3-0-0. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 10:30 "..
