5:30 PM- Planning Commission Chair Audy Lack called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call all members present with the exception of Commissioners Chesser, Winston, Honchell,
Cabe, and Kennedy. There were not enough members for quorum and the meeting was adjourned.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 PM.
