A meeting of the Fayetteville Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund Board of Trustees was held at
3:00 PM on June 24, 2010 in Room 326 of the City Administration Building.
Mayor Jordan called the meeting to order.
Present: Marion Doss, Gene Warford, Sondra Smith, Mayor Jordan, Lisa Branson,
Deputy City Clerk, Paul Becker, Finance & Internal Services Director, Audience, and
Press.
Ronnie Wood and Pete Reagan were absent.
Approval of the Minutes:
May 27, 2010 Meetinc Minutes
Gene Warford moved to approve the May 27, 2010 Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund
Board of Trustees meeting minutes. Marion Doss seconded the motion. Upon roll call the
motion passed 4-0. Ronnie Wood and Pete Reagan were absent.
Pension List Chances: None
Approval of the Pension List:
July, 2010 Pension List
Gene Warford moved to approve the July, 2010 Pension List. Marion Doss seconded the
motion. Upon roll call the motion passed 4-0. Ronnie Wood and Pete Reagan were absent.

Sondra Smith: A copy of the board members is in your packet.
Mayor Jordan congratulated the reelected members.
New Business: None
Longer Investments:
Monthly Report — May 31, 2010
A copy of the report was given to the Board
Paul Becker: Sondra you emailed the report didn't you?
Sondra Smith: Yes. It is down a little bit.
Informational:
2010 Meeting Schedule
A copy of the meeting schedule was handed out to the board.
Sondra Smith: Will everybody be here in July? I think Pete said he would be out.
Marion Doss: As far I know I will be here.
Gene Warford: As far as I know but that is subject to change.
Mayor Jordan: What day is that on?
Sondra Smith: July 291H
Mayor Jordan: I am going to take some vacation but I think I will be back.
Sondra Smith: I will be on vacation that week.
Marion Doss: If you all need to flex it for your vacation that doesn't bother me.
Gene Warford: It won't matter if we skip one month.
Sondra Smith: It doesn't matter to me. I just want to have a quorum.

Gene Warford: You're not going to be here and Pete is not going to be here.
Sondra Smith: If I understood Pete right he said he didn't think he was going to be here in July.
I don't know if his plans have changed or not.
Mayor Jordan: Let's go ahead and set it in place and then we can see what happens.
Marion Doss: If you all are on vacation you can let us know.
Mayor Jordan: Yes we will just cancel it ahead of time. How does that sound?
Gene Warford: That sounds good.
