December 5, 1977
PRESENT: Chairman Donald Grimes, Secretary Darlene Westbrook, Treasurer Pat
Tobin, Fire Chief Paul Logue, Roy Cate, Troy Schader, Marion Doss,
and Dennis Mullens
ABSENT: None
The Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund Board met on December 5, 1977, at 4:30
p.m., in the Office of the City Manager. Chairman Grimes called the meeting
to order. There being no amendments to the minutes of the November 7, 1977
meeting, Dennis Mullens moved they be approved as submitted. The motion
was seconded by Marion Doss and the motion carried unanimously.
Marion Doss, seconded by Schader, moved approval of the December pension
list. The motion carried unanimously.
The treasurer reported there were no investments to be made.
Fire Chief Logue reported that James Yeargin was resigning his position and had
requested he be allowed to withdraw his contributions from the fund. The
motion to allow the withdrawal was made by Dennis Mullens and seconded by
Marion Doss. The motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business, Troy Schader, seconded by Cate, moved the
meeting be adjourned. The motion carried unanimously and the Chairman
declared the meeting adjourned.
