AND RELIEF FUND BOARD
PRESENT: Chairman Donald Grimes, Secretary Darlene Westbrook,
Fire Chief Paul Logue, Roy Cate, Troy Schader, and Marion
Doss arriving late.
ABSENT: Pat Tobin, Treasurer; Dennis Mullens
The Firemen's Pension Fund Board met September 6, 1977 at 4:30 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Grimes. Minutes of the
August 1, 1977 meeting had been distributed to members prior to the
meeting. Chief Logue, seconded by Cate, moved the minutes be approved
as submitted. The motion carried.
Troy Schader, seconded by Chief Logue, moved to approve the September
pension list showing no changes or additions. The motion carried.
Marion Doss, seconded by Schader, moved to approve a reinvestment of
$25,000 combined with an additional $40,000 (insurance premium tax
receipts received from State Insurance Commissioner) at Northwest
National Bank for one year at an interest rate of 7.62 percent. The
motion carried.
There being no further business, Troy Schader, seconded by Cate, moved
the meeting adjourn. The motion carried and the Chairman declared the
meeting adjourned.
