July 1; 1977
PRESENT: Chairman Donald Grimes, Secretary Darlene Westbrook; and Board
members Dennis Mullens, Troy Schader, Roy Cate, and Chief Paul
Logue.
ABSENT: Marion Doss, Pat Tobin
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Grimes. Minutes of the June 6,
1977 meeting had been distributed to members prior to the meeting. There
being no amendments, the Chairman declared the minutes approved as submitted.
Paul Logue, seconded by Mullens, moved approval of the July pension list.
The motion passed unanimously.
Due to absence of the Treasurer, discussion of investments was dispensed
with the suggestion of the Chairman that the Treasurer request a special
meeting,'. if necessary, to take any necessary action.
There being no further business for discussion, and upon motion by Mullens
and second by Schader, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned.
