FUND BOARD
November 1, 1976
The regular monthly meeting of the Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund
Board was held November 1, 1976 at 4:30 p.m. at the Central Fire
Station.
PRESENT: Chairman Donald Grimes; Treasurer Pat Tobin; Secretary
Darlene Westbrook; and Board members Dean Harris, Howard
Boudrey, Fire Chief Charles McWhorter, and Marion Doss.
ABSENT: Dennis Mullens
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Grimes. Minutes of the
October 4, 1976 meeting had been distributed to members of the
Board prior to the meeting. Charles McWhorter, seconded by Howard
Boudrey, moved the minutes be apprvoed as submitted. The motion carried
unanimously.
Howard Boudrey, seconded by Charles McWhorter, moved the November
pension list be approved for payment. The motion carried unanimously.
Fire Chief McWhorter reported that Larry Stout had submitted his resig-
nation and had requested reimbursement of pension contributions made by
himself since his employment. The Board members present indicated
approval of the request.
The treasurer reported that there were no investments that needed to
be made.
Charles McWhorter, seconded by Howard Boudrey, moved the meeting be
adjourned. The motion carried unanimously whereupon the Chairman declared
the meeting adjourned.
