is January 26, 1990.
It was moved by Reagan, seconded by Dill, to approve the corrected minutes. The
motion passed unanimously.

There were no changes in the pension list. Motion was made by Reagan, seconded
by Jackson, to approve the pension list for November. The motion passed

CONSULTING SERVICES GROUP
The proposed contract agreement between Merrill Lynch and the Fund had not been
completed by Merrill Lynch. Again, it was discussed about the need for a change
in the money managers due to RNC's poor performance.
It was decided to call a meeting as soon as possible after City Attorney Jerry
Rose receives the proposed contract agreement from Merrill Lynch. That meeting
will also serve as the next regular meeting of the Fire Pension Board.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further discussion, the meeting adjourned at 1:45 p.m.
