1. Alderperson Sarah Lewis led a discussion to develop subcommittees for the
various topics of interest that came out of the January meeting. Below is a list
of subcommittee topics and EAC members who committed to each:
a. EAC Watershed Luncheon - Kirby, Louise, Sarah, and John
b. Streamside Protection Ordinance -John and Sarah
c. City Council Agenda - Cemantha
d. Transportation & Trails - Phil, James, and Cemantha
e. Grading Ordinance - Sarah, Phil, and John
f. Recycle Dropoff & Volunteers - Louise, Amy, Angie, and Sarah
g. Local Food & Farm Map - Susan, Angie, and Amy
h. Wildlife Habitats -Terri, Amy, and Phil
i. Meeting in a Box - Terri & Amy
2. Louise Mann requested that Brian Pugh give a quarterly update on recycling
3. Mel Bartholomew, author of Square Foot Gardening, will be at the Fayetteville
Public Library April 29`h @ 6:30 p.m.
4. Fayetteville Public Library Green Your Life Series - February 20`h at 10 a.m. -
Beaver Water District will discuss watershed protection and conservation
