MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE
A regular meeting of the Fayetteville Subdivision Committee was held on July 16, 2009 at 9:00 a.m.
in Room 326 of the City Administration Building, 113 W. Mountain, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Old Business:
LSP 09-3360: Lot Split (SUE FROUD / 4863 S. DARRELL LN, 875): Submitted by ALAN
REID for property located at W OF 4863 S. DARRELL LANE, N OF LEE FROUD ROAD. The
property is in the Planning Area and contains approximately 160.00 acres. The request is to divide
the subject property into two tracts of 155.00 and 5.00 acres.
Jesse Fulcher, Current Planner, read the staff report and recommended forwarding the request to the
Planning Commission with a recommendation of approval. A variance from the Planning
Comimission is required to allow the lot to be created without adequate street frontage.
Alan Reid (applicant) stated that this was the first split and that there is an existing 60' access
easement.
No public comment was received.
Commissioner Graves asked for a recommendation on Condition #1, street frontage.
Commission Myres stated that she was in favor of the variance.
Motion:
Commissioner Kennedy made a motion to forward the request with a recommendation for
approval, finding in favor of the requested variance. Commissioner Myres seconded the motion.
Upon roll call the motion passed by a vote of 3-0-0.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 910 AM.
