MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE
A regular meeting of the Fayetteville Subdivision Committee was held on April 30, 2009 at 9:00
a.m. in Room 219 of the City Administration Building, 113 W. Mountain, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

New Business:
LSP 09-3266: Lot Split (BRANDON WHITE / 1619 ALBRIGHT RD, 60): Submitted by
JORGENSEN & ASSOC for property located at 1619 ALBRIGHT ROAD. The property is zoned
R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL and contains approximately 9.77 acres. The request is to
divide the subject property into two tracts of 6.66 and 3.12 acres.
Andrew Garner, Senior Planner, discussed the subject property and the applicant's request to
divide the property into two tracts. Finding the request meets the requirements of the UDC staff
recommends approval with conditions as noted in the staff report.
Dave Jorgensen (applicant) stated agreement with all conditions of approval.
No public comment was received.
Motion:
Commissioner Lack made a motion to approve the item with the conditions as stated by staff.
Commissioner Honshell seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed by a vote of 3-0-
0.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:10 AM.
