MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE
PLANNING COMMISSION
A regular meeting of the Fayetteville Planning Commission was scheduled on January 26, 2009 at
5:30 p.m. in Room 219, City Administration Building in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Due to inclement
weather, the meeting was postponed to Thursday, January 28. Due to lingering effects of the
ice storm disaster, the meeting was rescheduled for Monday, February 02, 2009

Planning Commission Chair Sean Trumbo called the meeting to order.
Commissioner Trumbo requested the roll call. Upon roll call, four members were present: Anthes,
Kennedy, Trumbo and Winston; and five members were absent: Bryant, Cabe, Graves, Lack and
Myres. In accordance with the adopted bylaws of the Fayetteville Planning Commission, a quorum
of five members was not achieved at the time of roll call, and the Commission could not commence
business.
Director of Current Planning Jeremy Pate announced that all items on the present agenda would
automatically be added to the following meeting agenda of the Planning Commission, on February
09, 2009.
