BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A regular meeting of the Board of Adjustment was held on November 03, 2008 at 3:45
p.m. in Room 326 of the City Administration Building, 113 W. Mountain, Fayetteville,
Arkansas.

Board of Adjustment Chair Bob Kohler called the meeting to order.
Approval of the October 06, 2008 Board of Adjustment meeting minutes.
Motion:
Board Member Waller made a motion to approve the minutes from the October 06,
2008 BOA Meeting. Board Member Chesser seconded the motion. Upon roll call, the
motion passed with a vote of 6-0-0.
New Business:
BOA 08-3140 (LAKEWOOD/TIM COOPER, 137): Submitted by LAKEWOOD
HOMES LLC for property located at 2620 E. RANDAL PLACE, LOT 83 IN THE
REPLAT OF THE LAKEWOOD SUBDIVISION. The property is zoned R-PZD,
RESIDENTIAL PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT and contains approximately 0.10
acres. The request is for reduced setbacks for a new residence.

Jesse Fulcher, Current Planner, stated that the applicant was present and would likely
request to table the item.
Tim Cooper, applicant, stated that he wanted to table the item to look at other
alternatives, which will take additional time. Still feels that there is a hardship, even
though the development is a PZD.
No public comment was presented.
Motion:
Board Member Chesser made a motion to table indefinitely the requested variances.
Board Member Zant seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion was approved
with a vote of 6-0-0.
All business being concluded, the meeting adjourned at 3:50 PM.
