MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE
A regular meeting of the Fayetteville Subdivision Committee was scheduled for January 15, 2009 at
9:00 a.m. in Room 219 of the City Administration Building, 113 W. Mountain, Fayetteville,
Arkansas. Due to inclement weather, this meeting was canceled.

Submitted by STEVE CLARK for property located at N. STEELE BLVD., LOT I CMN
BUSINESS PARK II. The property is zoned C-2, THOROUGHFARE COMMERCIAL and
contains approximately 1.71 acres. The request is for a 6,120 s.f. school/retail building as well
as a 6,500 s.f. office building with associated parking.
Due to inclement weather, this meeting was canceled. After speaking with the applicant, it was
determined that the only item being considered could be heard at the next Subdivision Committee
meeting of February 12.
