CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Chair Goodstein-Murphree at
5:50 p.m.
I. Approval of the Minutes
MOTION to approve the minutes of February 14, 2008 meeting: Leslie
Belden
SECOND: Cheri Coley
VOTE: The vote was unanimous to approve the minutes from the February
14, 2008 meeting, 4-0-0.
Motion:
Commissioner Coley made a motion to adopt the Secretary of the Interior's Standards
for Rehabilitation as design guidelines for the Drake Field White Hangar Local
Ordinance District. Commissioner Belden seconded the motion. Upon roll call the
motion passed with a vote of 4-0-0.
Motion:
Commissioner Belden made a motion to table Item 5 under Old Business: Design
Guidelines: Dickson Historic Commercial District. Commissioner Coley seconded the
motion. Upon roll call the motion passed with a vote of 4-0-0.
