Present: Board Members Bobbye Hay, Carol Phillips, Cam Crouch and Library
Director Linda Harrison
President Bobbye Hay called the meeting to order at 4:OOp.m. The minutes from
the November 13 meeting were not presented as this was a called meeting.
The meeting was called to discuss the revised budget. Director Harrison presented
the items to be eliminated. They were:
1% clerical positions
Utilities, landscape and custodial services for Med-Ark building.
The total monies eliminated were approximately $35,467.
Carol Phillips motioned and Cam Crouch seconded that the revised budget be accepted.
Motion passed.
President Hay requested that Director Harrison ask Judy Huffaker about the review
of positions which concerns the 10% pay raise.
Meeting adjourned at 4:35p.m.
