Minutes of Board Meeting
The Board of Directors met for its monthly session at 1:00 p.m.
December 8, 1980 with all regular (and ex -officio) members present. •
The usual monthly reports were presented and reviewed (see copies
attached).
Ms. Foster then presented some notes on the budget proposals which
had apparently been mailed from the City administrative offices. Since
these were not signed and it was not clear just what their purpose was,
Mr. Shelton volunteered to contact the city Mayor, Mr. Todd, to inquire
about their background. Pending receipt of such clarification, no formal
review was made; but it was noted that our Board would be available for
a special meeting or any other appropriate actions needed to help to
provide the City Board with any information to support our budget proposals.
The meeting was then adjourned.
