Minutes, Board of Directors Meeting
The regular monthly meeting of the Board was convened at 4:00 p.m.
on November 10, 1980 by Martha Brewer. Mr. Rains and Mr. Shelton were
absent.
The regular financial and statistical reports were received. Once again
these showed an increase over last year in new cards issued and in general
circulation.
Ms. Foster also reported that the budget proposals had been forwarded
to the City Manager.
Investigation is continuing of the possibility of using funds
remaining from the bond issue to build partitions for the Ozarks
Regional Library working area and the genealogy collection.
Problems with the copier and possible purchase or lease of a new
unit were discussed.
The meeting was then adjourned.
