library May 10, 1976 at 4:00 P.M.
Members present were: Narni Murphy, Martha Brewer, Dottie Wood.
Mrs. Murphy reported that the city would place railings on the steps
outside the library as well as gates around the inside flower garden.
Mrs. Murphy read the staff information policy on vacations and sick
leave (Page 7). It was recommended that the board continue this
policy as before. Motion made and passed unanimously.
A coffee will be held May 19 at the library for past board members.
Meeting adjourned at 5:00 P.M.
