Monday, March 8, 1976. Present were: Bill Bassett, Narni Murphy, George
Shelton, and Dottin Wood. Mrs. Keith gave the monthly report, attached
and noted. Mrs. Keith also commented on two minor leaks in the kitchen
and east window which were being repaired. A library patron, Betty Askew,
requested that guard rails be placed on steps in parking lot. Mrs. Murphy
will check with the city concerning this. Mrs. Keith spot checked number
of library patrons; 28-35 at all times; 68 at one time on Saturday.
Mrs. Murphy presented the monthly treasurer's report and the 1976 revised
budget. Approved unanimously. Mr. Bassett approved the annual exemption
for tax on telephone service for 1976.
Mrs. Wright will present her report at the April meetin.
