Monday, August 11 at 4:00 p.m. at the library. Attending: L. Rudolph,
G. Shelton, D. Wood and B. Bassett.
Motion made by Mr. Rudolph, second by Mrs._'Mdrph.y to purchase a re-
frigerator for conference room.
Carol Wright reported that her secretary is a Notary Public and
this service will be available to library patrons. She also presented
copies of the feasibility study for library expansion to the board.

The east side property will revert back to the library after the
present tenants vacate.
MrS, Murphy's treasurer's report was prepared by Mr. Huenefeld, the
CPA. It required 6 hours at $100 per month fee for this service.
