met on Monday afternoon, June 9, at 4:00 in the Library.
Attending: L. Rudolph, B. Bassett, Grace Keith, Carol Wright,
George Shelton, and Narnee Murphy.
It was reviewed that at this point we are making the
following benefits available for Library employees: Workmen's
Compensation, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance with Blue Cross
and Blue Shield. The Retirement and Credit Union benefits still
need to have work to make them available. Record of the action
of the Board in approval was made in a motion by Bill Bassett,
second by George Shelton.
Mrs. Keith reported a problem in relation to the large tree
near the front entrance. She was requested to ask the City to
remove the tree because of the safety factor.
This was the first meeting for George Shelton to attend as a
member of the Board.
It was requested that a letter be prepared for the staff
members outlining the benefits available. This letter will carry
the signature of the Chairman, but will be s y the Ozarks
Regional Library.
Because of the absence of the Secretary, these minutes were
prepared and submitted by Narnee Murphy.
