Mrs. Keith presented the monthly report (January), attached and noted. She also reported on request of Mrs. Heyden Lewis for a piano in the library auditorium. Request approved. Mrs. Murphy gave the January budget report (attached and noted). It was voted to approve an increase of $15.00 total 550.00 to Doris Cook for the yearly audit. Pneaumatic door will be checked by Mr. Omohundro. Narni will see about shrubs. Meeting adjourned at 4:45 PM.
