met at 4 PM, January 13, 1975 at the library. Members present were:
Rudolph, Murphy, Bassett and Wood . Mrs. Keith presented the
monthly report (attached and noted).
Mr. Shelton repaired the leak over the magazine rac-{, No new
leak was found in the auditorium furnace room, Pyr. Shelton
will inspect the furnace anc air conditioners twice a year.
Mrs. Murphy will check on a pneaumatic closer for the lower
level doors and the noisey fan in the auditorium,
Mrs. Wright reported a 17 ,000 circulation increase in 1974 over
1973, bars. Murphy gave the yearly report (attached and noted)
for 1974 . The 1975 budget was discussed and approved,
Mr. Bassett will check on retirement benefits for libr ,ryk
employees.
