Public Library was held at the Roberta Fulbright memorial
Library, August 16, 1974 at 4 PM. Members present were:
Rudolph, Murphy and Wood. There was a general discussion of
the air conditioning bids.

It was noted thatksealed bids "'re required and was agreed that
further consultation was necessary with Warren Segraves, the
library architect.

The Board of Trustees of the Fayetteville Public Library met at
the Roberta Fulbright "emorial Library, at 4 PM, Septemer 9,1974.
members present were f 2 Murphy, Wood, Bassett and Rudolph. Warren
Segraves reported on the air conditioning bids. i A legal notice
will be published and the sealed bids will be presented at the
next meeting, October 14. There was unanimous appreciation for
the time and effort Mr. Segraves has given to the4 library.
iVirs .Jeith gave the monthly report of circulation and petty cash,
(attached and noted). The treasurer's report was given by Mrs.
Murphy.
Meeting adjourned at 4:45 PM.
