at the Roberta Fulbright Library at 4PM, July 8, 1974.
Members present were: Shelton, Rudolph, Wood and Bassett.
Minutes were ?pproved as read. Yrs. Keith gave the monthly
report of circulation, and petty cash, (attached and noted).
A recommendation was made to close the library 2 days in
August for retraining of employees and shelving. Motion
made and accepted. The new staff position was approved by
all present.
Meeting adjourned at 4:30 PM
