Roberta rulbright Memorial Library at 4PM, May 13, 1974. Members
present were: Murphy, Rudolph, Wead and Bassett«
Minytes were approved as read. Mrs. Keith lave the monthly report of
Circulation., registration, petty cash (attached and noted). There was a'
profit of $2.60 from the copy machine.
Carol Wright repented that Librely employees aretnder the minimum wage
law.
$1..90 per hr«
Mrs. Murphy gave the quarterly treasurer's report (attached and noted)«
Also noted by Mrs. Murphy, we will have to have an elevator inspection
as required by state law. The cost would be *500 if done on an individual
basis or $180 collectively«
There was general discussion on replacing some of the air condtionerr«
rt was agreed that we contact Warren Segraves, the libary architect for
a feasability study after a report was given by Tom Sager, Ark. Western Gass Co.
The above board members and Mr. Shelton met with Mr. Segraves, May 18«
Suggestions and specifications will be drawn up by his office and presented
at a later meeting.
