Roberta Fulbright Memorial Library at 4 PM, April 9, 1974. Members
present were: Shelton, Rudolph, Wood, Murphy and Bassett.
Minutes approved as read. Mrs. Keith gave the monthly report of
Circulation, registration, petty cash (attached and noted). There
were 1,409 capies made from the copy machine. Profit6.hs $3.55.
Grace also mentioned the purchase of the new aquarium bought thru the
old book sale. Also the antique view finder will be given to Tebbett's
House for permanent display.
Mrs. Myrphy gave the quarterly financial report. The First National
B ank account will be closed out and transferred to the general
account.
There was a general discussion about repairs and an estimate will be
obtained from Maurine Bassett for Painting, floor tile and cover for
the air conditioner«
Carol reported a complaint of the book Destiny's Chickens for its
vulgarity. It was returned to the shelves.
