Roberta Fulbright Memorial Library at 4 T'M, March 11, 1974. Members -
present weres Shelton, Rudolph,. Ivhrphy, Wood„ Bassett.
Minutes approved as read. Mrs. Keith gave monthly•report of circulation,
registration, petty cath (attached) and noted. Amnesty Days- Feb. 14, 15 k 1 report
enclosed. There were 2,594 copies made by the copy machine in February.
Profit 40 cents plus 366 free copies. Mr. Shelton gave the Book Endowment
Report (attached) plus a $25.00 gift from the U. of A. women's Club.
Mr. Shelton sur rested closing the auditorium for six months due to the
condition the room is left in after the evening meetings. Futher study
will be done.
Mrs. Keith will contact Mr. Omohundro about leaks around the windows.
The board is not interested in a management study at this time.
Mrs. Murphy gave the treasurer's report (attached). Doris Cook will audit
books for $25.00.
The meeting adjourned at 5:05 P.M.
