Minutes of December 8,1969
The Board of Trustees of the Fayetteville Public Library held its
regular monthly meeting on December 8,1969 at 4:00 p.m. in the
Board's meeting room.
Present:Board members:Mr*Webb iNilliams,Mrs.Lowell C.haney,Mr.Ellis Shelton,
Mr.Ted IVylie,O.W.McMillen;
Librarians:Mrs.Carol Wright,Mrs.Grace Keith.
The minutes of November 10 were read and approved.
Estimate No.II of Mr.Larry Carter in the amount of $2,888.33,approved by
Architect Seagraves,was approved. by the Board for payment on motion by
the secretary and seconded by Mr.Shelton.
The chairman reported that a building permit for the library extension
is being obtained from the City.
Repprts from the #reasurer and the librarian for November were received
and are filed with these minutes.
The Board adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
