Minutes of December 12,1966
The Board of Trustees of the Fayetteville Public Library held its
regular monthly meeting on December 12,1966 in the board rooms.
Present:Board members:Mr.Webb Williams,Mrs.Lowell Chaney,Mr.Ted Wylie,
0.W*McMillen;
Librarians:Mrs.Hazel Deal.
The minutes of November 14,1966 were reed and approved.
The report
of the
treasurer showed a balance
of $8517.49 on
December 1,
1966.
Mrs.Chaney
also reported a balance of
$179..58 in the
House Fund.
The report of the librarian showed a grand total c&rculation of 11,486
for November end registration 186:adult 140,juvenile 46.
It was voted to present Christmas bonuses to the librarians and. to the
,janitor of $25.00 each.

It was,to repay Mrs.Grace Keith $75.00 for extra services to the
library during the absence of Mrs.Cherry.This is in addition to the
bonus. The board is very grateful to Mrs.Keith for her devoted wobk.
The board adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
