Minutes of February 8,1965
The Board of Trustees of the Fayetteville Public Library held its
regular monthly meeting on February 8,1965 at 4s00 p.m.at the
library.

In the absence of the chairman the secretary presided.
The minutes of January 11,1965 were read and approved.
Mrs.Chaney presented the proposed budget for 1965,which involved
some long -needed salary increaaes,made passible by increased in.
come -Moved by Mrs.Chaney and seconded by Mr.Wylie,a motion passed
to adept the budget proposed.
Mrs.Chaney presented the report of the treasurer for January,which
showed a balance of $1038.88 on February 1,1965.
The librariants report,presented by Mrs.TDeal,sh®wed a circulation
for January of 12,603 as a grand tetal,and 124 registrations;both
items were an increase over January 1964.
