MINUTES FOR DSC . 39 1963
The Board of Trustees of the Fayetteville Library met in called session in
the Director's room of the Library Deceiiber 3, 1963 at 4.00 pm.
Those present were ? r . Webb Williams, s . Ted Wyliet 1'h% Ellis Shelton,
tis. 0. W. i�icMilien, Iss. Lowell Chaney, firs. Hazel Deal and ivtrs. Grace Keith.
I9t. Williams presented leve 1 copies of the agreement to be '_mown as the
Fayetteville Library Boole Endo-viment Fund as drgi-, up by P1r. Richard Hipp.
After having caredully examined the inxtrument it was signed by all the
Trustee5and turned over to IIr. Williams to be recorded.
Is. Ellis Shelton agreed to act as Treasurer of the book Endowment Fund.
Fleeting adjourned at ,5:15 pm.
