The Board of Trustees of the Fayetteville Librar� met in called session
in the Director's room of the Library at 10:00 A.M. November 20, 1964.
Present were r. Webb i,°Ti llia.;ls, fir. Ted Wylie, =r. E11is Shelton, 'Mr. 0. W.
°'c{ lle:cti, i,'irs. Lowell Chaney and ?'v,rs. Hazel Deal.
Purpose of the r eeting was to examine the budget for 1964 recommended by
the financial committee. A copy of the aoposed budget is Tiled with the
minutes. A motion by Kc. Shelton, seconded by Hr. ir,Tylie_ that the budget as
presented be adopted,passed unanimously. Copies of the budget altng t,rith_
copies of the Librarian's yearly report are to be submitted to 1,1r. Al Jones
and r. Grover Thomas.
