The Board of the Fayetteville Library met in the Director's room at 4 p.m.
April S. 1963.
Present were Mr. Webb Williams, Mr. Ted Wylie, Mr. Ellis Shelton, !01r. O. W.
McMillen, Pers. Lowell Chaney, Mrs. Hazel Deal and Mrs. J. I. Keith.
Mr. `Jilli.ams called 6%ttention to the need of regular care for the lawn
and shrubs. It was suggested that a part time worker be employed for a
period of ar least six months to protect our investment.
PIr. McMillen, lam'. Ted Wylie and Mrs. Deal plan to attend the Sta$meeting
of Trustees to be held in Little Rock April 30, 1963.
Plans to assign speakers to Civic Club meetings for the purpose of
reporting hn the progress of the Library were completed.

Pars. Chaney was ,pointed to select hidditional benches to be used in
the Library.
The Board agreed that a Book Endowment Fund be established with funds
on hand. Mr Williams stated he would consult an attorney as to the
proper proceedure.
