The members of the Board of the Fayetteville Public Library wish
to bring to your attention the fact that the term of office of two
members of said Board expire December 31, 1961. Thw tWbers
so affected are Mr. Webb Williams and Mr. Ted Wylie. As you know
it is the duty of the Mayor and City Council to make these appoinew
