Ellis Shelton,,Lowell Chaney and Mr. Warren Seagraves. Mr. Se4graves presented a copy of Payment Request No. 1 of the Br9finan-Boyd Construction Co. to be filed with the minutes. Amount due $9460,17, A letter from the UhitedFund, Inc. askinfor a ree view of'srvices a gnd expenditures was discussed. In view of the anticipated 50% increase of 0 expenses in the coming year it was decided that the United Fund be asked for, $2,000.00 the same amount received this year. Mr. Ted Wylie was appointed to fill the unexpired ten -a of Mr. Let&ton Rudolph on the United Fund Board. It was voted that Mrs. EcImond Watson be offered a salary year to serve as City Librarian,
