Ted Wylie* ;Also present were Mrs* Emael Deals Librarian# Warren Segraves

The minutes of may, June, and J�aly# 19609 were read and approved
The treasurer reported a balance Of $5719,93 on Julywas
announced that the United Fund will probably accept the 350ardts request
for $20000.009 for 1961, 1
Mr* Williams reported that the library's insurance bad been ream
duced to $10#000, 1 00 and that the annual premium will be,$151.00.
Following a discussion of the drOwings which Mr. Segraves showed,
Ye was asked to ... a second set of plans, all on one levels to be
submitted at the next meeting,
Mro Williams stated that he bad received four bids on wrecking
the house at 209 Z. Dickson,* It was decided to extend the time for
accepting bids to August 20* 1960* On the motion of Mr. Rudolph,
seconded by Mr. Wlies Mrs Williams vas authorized to take

loction on the bidst with the stipulation that the work be comped
