FIREMEN'S PENSION AND RELIEF FUND BOARD
DECEMBER 6, 2002
A meeting of the Fayetteville Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund Board was held on
December 6, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 326 of the City Administration Building
located at 113 West Mountain Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
PRESENT: Pete Reagan, Marion Doss, Ronnie Wood, Danny Farrar, Kit William, and
Heather Woodruff.
RFP FOR ATTORNEY
Mr. Williams presented a proposed RFP for Attorney Services.
Mr. Reagan moved to approve the RFP and to start the process for accepting proposals.
Mr. Farrar seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
RALPH TATE
Mr. Reagan moved to remove Ralph Tate from the Drop list and to add him to the retired
list affective December 9, 2002 at a rate of $3,356.83 per month. Mr. Wood seconded.
The motion carried unanimously.
